In version 2020.11 of the Logistics Portal, new features are available for searching by null kit ID and logistics center on the Fulfillment List page, and a new completion reason is available for date of birth validation failure on the Fulfillment Details page.

Version 2020.11 of the Logistics Portal includes the following new features:

New Feature

Description

Fulfillment Page Search Null Kit ID and Logistics Center

On the Fulfillment List page, the team can now search for records that have no kit ID or no Logistics Center applied.

New Completion Reason – DOB Validation Failed

On the Fulfillment Details page, a new completion reason was added to show when a patient is changed to the completed status due to their date of birth (DOB) validation failing.

Fulfillment Page Search Null Kit ID and Logistics Center

On the Fulfillment List page, a new search feature was added to support searching for records by null kit ID and logistics center. This update allows the team to search for records that do not have kits or a logistics center assigned.

The keywords and operators that are supported for null kit ID and logistics center are as follows:

  • Kit ID = Null or Kit ID ! Null
  • Logistics Center = NULL or Logistics Center ! Null

New Completion Reason – DOB Validation Failed

A new Kit Ship completion status was added to the Fulfillment Details page, so the user can select this completion reason when the kit ship record is closed due to the patient failing to validate their date of birth. This option is visible in the Current Status section when a Kit Ship record is in the Called status.

Version 2020.11 of the Logistics Portal includes the following system updates:

System Update

Description
VIVY-4263 In the Kit Pickup and Kit Ship report, the History and Notes fields were out of order. The reports were updated to show the history entries in the proper chronological order as expected.
VIVY-4762 Some Kit Ship API failures were occurring when an invalid ID was found. The system will now give a 404 message for not found when this situation occurs.
